The 15th global customer training seminar was successfully held

From December 12th to 14th, the 15th Chigo HVAC Global Customer Training Seminar was successfully held in the newly completed Customer Technical Training Room. 19 agents, distributors and engineers from various countries and companies participated in this training.

Through the visits to the company's exhibition center, production workshop and laboratories, the customer witnessed the product quality, production process and quality control, truly felt the efforts of Chigo HVAC in R&D, quality, manufacturing and service, enhanced the confidence of long-term friendly cooperation.

Different from previous customer training, this training is carried out in a new customer training room. The training room costs more than 300,000 yuan and covers an area of 200 square meters. It has a complete set of modern training equipments and complete air-conditioning installation and commissioning facilities. This allows customers to deepen their understanding of the course from practice.

During the training, Zack Tang, the manager of the overseas sales support department, first expressed sincere gratitude and condolences to the customers coming from afar, and explained in detail the company's rich product line and the fruitful R&D achievements in 2018. In the fierce industry competition, only by keeping up with the pace of the times and constantly updating the product line to better meet the needs of the market,so can we provide customers with a greater competitive advantage. Subsequently, our engineers introduced the product structure, control system, selection software, installation and commissioning courses, and through customer group operations, deepen customer understanding of the VRF system.
